At Lodge Cast Iron, we stand behind the quality of our American-made cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
